Marcan Pharmaceuticals becomes shareholder of Mantra Pharma

Brossard, November 7, 2023 – Mantra Pharma, a company that develops and markets generic drugs and over-the-counter products, has taken another step to achieve its growth objectives by signing an agreement to bring in Marcan Pharmaceuticals, a Canadian pharmaceutical company, as a shareholder.

BROSSARD, December 16, 2022 - Following an increase in cases of respiratory viruses, Canada is currently experiencing supply issues for an oral antibiotic for children, the CLAVULIN® from GSK. This shortage is being alleviated by the arrival of the very first generic drug from a Quebec company: M-Amoxi Clav offered by Mantra Pharma.
