Meeting #1: Training

• A 2-hour theoretical training session with the head pharmacist

Meeting #2: Coaching

• A practical coaching session to ensure delegates are properly trained
• Duration: A total of 6 hours
  • A theoretical review and practical coaching session (1 hour)
  • A theoretical assessment (1 hour)
  • A practical identification test (1 hour)
  • A practical CCVD assessment (1 hour per PTA)
  • Maximum of 2 PTAs at a time for the practical learning activities

Follow-up meetings

• Advice for delegates and pharmacist training
• Duration: A total of 3 hours (given by videoconference, by phone or in person) that can be broken into chunks and used to get advice of various topics
