A certified PTA since 2014, Ariane has worked with all kinds of pharmaceutical software as well as in hospital settings. She has carried out several optimization projects in the pharmacies where she worked and was also involved in a major implementation project for the Métro group.

She has since developed a real passion for the pharmaceutical industry as well as for optimization and training. We welcomed her into Mantra’s extended family in January 2022.

Cindy began her career as a pharmacy technician assistant, but quickly realized that she could use her psychology training to help patients.

In September 2022, she joined Mantra’s professional services team as a project manager and trainer.

Sylvie-Anne holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and is a pioneer in professional services development in Quebec. A highly perceptive expert, she foresaw certain legislative changes which, among other things, have made pharmacies’ clinical activities more profitable.

Today, Sylvie-Anne is a licensed trainer and guest lecturer, and she devotes most of her time to consulting and providing personalized coaching that helps pharmacists to take full advantage of the opportunities brought forth by industry changes. With Joanie specializing in the clinical aspects of the practice, Sylvie-Anne focuses on a pharmacy’s organization and profitability.

Sophie is a bold, committed and energetic woman. Bolstered by her visionary approach to change, she is always on the lookout for innovative ideas that she can transform into actionable goals.

After being involved in public health for several years, Sophie made the leap to the private sector where she has hosted numerous conferences and training programs on various health topics. She is able to easily transmit information and bring it to life so her audience truly understands the topic at hand.

Laurence is a licensed professional pharmacy services trainer. She trains pharmacy teams across Quebec on various topics including the medication circuit and CCVD. She is Mantra’s specialist for all things related to professional activities.

Kim was a PTA for several years, for various banners. She then worked in pharmacovigilance for a few years before returning to her first love in the role of lead PTA.

In December 2020, at the height of the pandemic, she joined Mantra’s team as a licensed trainer and project manager. She is Mantra’s specialist for all things related to container-content verification delegation.

During her 24 years’ experience in community pharmacy, including 15 years as head pharmacy assistant, Annick has led a variety of projects, namely the introduction of sustainable pharmacy practices, staff training, event coordination, new pharmacy IT system implementation, and more.

Annick is truly committed to making a positive contribution, whether individually or socially. Her dedication to others’ well-being, unmatched patience, and passion for procedures make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Joanie is the pharmacist specializing in professional services at Mantra. She is also the person featured in most of our videos.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Joanie has become an expert at interpreting pharmacy-related laws and regulations. She holds a teaching diploma and is always keen to innovate and push the boundaries to better share her knowledge. Through her network, Joanie has access to the best specialists and lecturers to build and review Mantra’s various services.

Ezzio has worked as a PTA in both community and hospital pharmacies. He tried his hand at everything before deciding to specialize in sterile preparations. He also taught in the DVS-level pharmacy technical assistance program for several years.

In October 2022, Ezzio joined Mantra’s pharma Professional Services team as a PTA trainer and lecturer.
